The staff were super friendly and amiable. I really enjoyed my accommodating room. Cereal and hot waffles were a nice touch.

We greatly enjoyed this hotel. It was incredibly beautiful and fairly clean. the room included climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a couch bed. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. the property was located in the center of the city. We had tea and goodies at Starbucks nearby, just 3 miles from the hotel.

I appreciated my stay at this stunningly beautiful and nice hotel. The local staff were superfriendly. The room was exceptionally nice and clean, it had a nice size bathroom. Cereal and hot waffles provided in the morning. The airport was 27 minutes drive from the place. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectation.

Truly enjoyed Hilliard, the hotel was great in the middle of jackson. Its setting in the center of the city was great and good.

This place is clean with a very welcoming staff, and they offer cereal and hot waffles for breakfast, making it a great place to stay while exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and friendly. The room we stayed in was fantastic! It was very spacious, had well thought-out amenities and was very clean. The staff was great, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The location was perfect, as we were close to many great restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room.

The hotel should improve their customer service when it comes to resolving overcharges. One guest reported being overcharged multiple times and when they contacted the manager, they were not given a concrete reason why.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, including Haley and Jordan at check-in and Hannah and Haley again at check-out, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We were impressed with the hotel facilities, as everything was well-maintained and convenient. Additionally, the location was great - close to transportation and parking.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and hassle-free. The room was spacious and clean, and it had everything we needed, including thoughtful amenities. The key location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking! we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Sadly, we were overcharged during our stay, and when we called to resolve the issue, the manager was not able to help us. It was frustrating not knowing why we were charged multiple times, and we were disappointed by the lack of assistance we received.

The room was spacious and the amenities were properly thought out with cleanliness as a top priority. the hotel has a great location with easy access to key areas of the city.

The hotel had some issues with overcharging and the management didn't provide satisfactory assistance. The hotel manager couldn't provide a clear explanation for why some guests were overcharged, and told them to wait and see if refunds would come through.
